Wagholi-Bakori is one of the possible localities in Pune that has to be included in the city limits. Undri

This area(Undri) is well connected with the State Highways and spill over the demand from NIBM Road.

 

Kondhwa

Kondhwa Roadis seeing the flock of retired people from army and government since a number of years. The smooth connectivity has now made it a prime choice for the IT people also. It share closeness to IT parks at Hadapsar and Magarpatta, and seeks huge demand from IT workforce. It just takes 20 to 30 minutes to reach the workplace. Many projects are coming up in the area(Kondhwa) to fit in the budget home within a stipulated range.
