The company was incorporated on 18th September, 1987 as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956.
In May 2005, the company changed status from a private limited to a public limited company.
In 2006 and 2007 the Board of Directors of the company was reconstituted in order to have external and independent directors on the Board.
On 11th May, 2007 HDFC Property Fund has bought 9.87% stake in the company.
HDFC Property Fund has appointed a nominee director on the Board of the company.
